Information we collect

Our contact form does not store anything on this website. When you submit it, WhatsApp opens with your enquiry typed out, and we receive it only if you choose to send it. The message contains your name, your phone number or email address, the type of enquiry and your message. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it. Please do not include medical history or other sensitive health information in the form.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A temporary session cookie is used on the contact page only, to protect the form from misuse.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to arrange an appointment. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping, after which they are deleted.

Sharing

We may use trusted service providers (for example, email hosting) to receive enquiries. They may process your information only on our instructions.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have sent us, or withdraw your consent, by contacting the clinic on +91 88511 95050.
